How it started

Brownstone Bakehouse is a microbakery that was born in a small Brownstone kitchen in Brooklyn during the pandemic. After spending time learning French technique in Paris, I came back to start a small batch bakery, and the rest is history. Now, the Bakehouse is here in Nashville doing pop-ups and small batch orders.

Intentional Ingredients

Organic flour

If there is anything I learned in my time studying pastry, it’s that ingredients are everything. It’s one of the reasons I use organic flour, Valrhona chocolate, premium European butter, and local milk and eggs.

Made by hand

All pastries and breads are made with love by hand in small batches using techniques I learned in Europe.
